Ramgarh College is a co-educational public college located in Ramgarh town of Ramgarh District in Jharkhand. Ramgarh College is one of the premier colleges of Vinoba Bhave University. It was founded by the elite intellectuals and philanthropists of Ramgarh town in the year 1963. It received permanent affiliation on 27th April 1968 under Ranchi University Ranchi. In the month of November 1980 the College was made a constituent unit of Ranchi University. In 17.09.1992 the College came under the auspices of Vinoba Bhave University after the bifurcation of Ranchi University.
- The College was awarded affiliation for Commerce by Ranchi University in the year 1972
- The affiliation for Science was granted in the year 1983
- A study centre (3648) for BDP (B.A & B.Com.) course under Indira Gandhi Open University was established in 2008
